Lake Russell is 26,650 acres of open water created by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers who own and manage an area of shoreline around the lake, about a 300 ft. perimeter. The only development allowed in this area are public docks and parks.
Regulation states that the lake can not be dropped more than 5 ft. below its standard capacity.
The tract is gently rolling, beautiful array of wild animal species, including birds and fish, luscious trees and vegetation are also found on the tract. Below are some maps and pictures of the tract.
